Produced using classical technology. After crushing, the must and grape skins remain together for maceration–fermentation. The process takes place in stainless steel fermenters for five to seven days, with temperature control at 24–28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Delicate and well-balanced, recommended with a wide range of dishes such as lightly spiced red meat, or recipes inspired by Italian cuisine.
