An ambitious wine that captivates us with its intense aroma of black fruit and spice. It has an intense ruby red color. On the palate, we find ripe blackberries and blueberries, fine notes of freshly ground coffee. The generous rigor gives the wine personality and a fine texture.

The wine is produced using classical technology. After crushing, the must and grape skins are left together for maceration – fermentation. The process is carried out in stainless steel fermenters for five to seven days, maintaining the temperature at 24-28°C, followed by malolactic fermentation.
A full-bodied and intense wine, this wine is recommended to be served with a variety of dishes such as Argentinian steak or Portobello mushrooms in butter sauce.
