Obtained from grapes harvested by hand in early September, vinified by the traditional method. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 14 ° С – 16 ° С and keeping on a fine layer of yeast for 1 to 3 months.
This fresh, acid-flavored wine is served perfectly with a variety of creamy dishes such as salmon paste in Romano cheese sauce or any white meat dishes.
